Made from reinforced thermoplastic PE material, this 25x30ft pond liner is perfect for outdoor ponds. Unlike the hard and stiff HDPE or LLDPE materials on the market, this thermoplastic reinforced PE liner is flexible and softer, making it easy to mold and shape to fit our pond shapes. The three layers of the liner, with woven HDPE in the middle and reinforced PE on two sides, provide aging resistance with UV treatment that prevents fading and flaking, allowing for a lifespan of around ten years if not exposed to direct sunlight.

The high tearing and puncture performance of this pond liner, with its three layers of construction and 28mil thickness, make it durable enough to withstand potential damage. To determine the suitable liner size for your pond, follow the basic formula provided: Pond Liner Length = (Pond Length') + (2 x Pond Depth') + (2') Pond Liner Width = (Pond Width') + (2 x Pond Depth') + (2')

For example, for a pond that is 10' long, 8' wide, and 5' deep, the liner length would be 22' and the width would be 20'. To install the pond liner, follow these steps:

1. Open the box, unfold, and spread out the liner. Allow the liner to soften in the sun for a few hours to make it easier to shape.
2. Mark out the pond outline based on your desired shape and size.
3. Excavate the pond, with sloping side banks and varying depths to create the desired shape.
4. Place underlay, such as sand or discarded cloth, to protect the liner from sharp objects.
5. Carefully lay the pond liner in place, avoiding dragging to prevent scratching.
6. Anchor smooth rocks to the liner and gradually fill the pond with water, allowing the liner to stretch and conform to the shape of the pond.
7. Once the liner is molded into place, anchor more rocks and fill the pond completely. Then add fish and decorative elements.
