• Insert the sealed end first to prevent air bubbles and jams.
• Insert the pouch with the document straight in the machine to avoid crinkled sides.
• Always conduct a test lamination before laminating important documents.

Troubleshooting tips:

• Curling Pouches? Oil Slick? Air Bubble? Solution: Use a cover sheet, carrier pouch, and reduce laminator temperature.
• Cloudy? Air Pockets? Not Sealing? Solution: Ensure the laminator is fully preheated, allow it to reheat between pouches, run the pouch a second time, and increase the laminator temperature.
